As a Confinement Escape Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering immersive and exciting experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities include handling bookings via various platforms, upselling products, and ensuring smooth operation of escape rooms and scavenger hunts. Key duties involve greeting customers, processing payments, providing safety instructions, monitoring games, offering clues, and conducting team debriefs. You'll also maintain a clean and organized environment, reset rooms between bookings, and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and managing feedback. Additional responsibilities include opening/closing duties, assisting with events, and supporting management with extra tasks.
